Leading an ambitious renovation project in Liguria, Italy, designing and transforming an old farmhouse into a luxurious villa. A significant endeavor for a small team, and with a constrained budget, the project was a compelling challenge which pushed us to strategically maximise every aspect of the renovation. We converted the original five-bedroom, three-bathroom layout into a six-bedroom villa, each with an en-suite. Additioanlly, a newly designed garden, pool area, and multiple new terraces were implemented, culminating in a stunning property to compliment the breathtaking sea views.
