Leading the design and development for a brand new luxury gym, marking my first project in a design lead role. The gym features a sleek, minimal, and modern aesthetic, incorporating raw materials such as concrete floors and oak-clad walls. The challenge was to create a state-of-the-art facility that was both economical and on a strict schedule, with only three months to complete the project before the hotel reopened for the season.
